Very steep uphill going out of Basacon, but good senery
Postcard quality villeages and mountains
Managed to chase a cyclist down the hill and had a chat with him, maybe because the weight of my bike and panniers.
There were so many amazing villages along the river and mountains, there was a 5km constant uphill
Had really big lunch and small nap before setting off in the afternoon. Goimg into Switzerland was very easy – all downhills.
Had beer before the Last couple miles, it was a mistake, was so hard start again!
We almost maded to Lausanne, only 13km from it.

I saw you stopped off at camping Bella Tola in Susten, Switzerland, I love that campsite as I spent three seasons there working as a courier, the campsite put your photo on Facebook.
